After 17 years as sole owner of a retail design firm, positions as Project Director for Hermes in North America, Vice President of Project Development for Giorgio Armani USA, international consultancies in the public and private sectors—one during a particularly tense period during strife in Beirut—and personal real estate ventures, I am eager to offer every client my unique expertise.
From initial meeting to final hand-off—I can provide whatever you require in design, design implementation, project management, construction, contractor oversight and client relations.
I strive to make every project rewarding aesthetically, financially, and, yes, emotionally. I am a hands-on professional who represents every client where and when I’m needed. If there is an architect already involved, I can provide design support and on-site trouble-shooting. If there’s a problem with any sub-contractor, I’ll be there brainstorming the best and most economical solution.
On a personal note, my urban intuition has served me well. A pioneer in the development in the East Village’s Alphabet City in the ‘80s, I recognized the potential of Bedford Stuyvesant as the locus of residential, artistic and commercial in the early 2000s and added landlord to my resume after I purchased and completely renovated a multi-family brownstone there. Every aspect of this industry intrigues and energizes me.
